Statistics show that many of us in the lands of ice and snow are living our grills throughout the year. I would not be surprised if part of the interest in winter grill, low fat foods that taste good when cooked on fire.
Although the basic principles apply to any cricket season, there are some security issues that are unique to the winter barbecues, which are important to keep in mind.
